Sayitaly is in Puglia again: orecchiette alla amatriciana + special guest

Irene opened the doors of her house to Sayitaly again! This time to prepare an original recipe using the orecchiette pasta which is typical from Puglia. Literally orecchiette means “little ears” and this type of pasta is called like this because of its small size and ear-like shape. The other ingredients are, as usual, part of the Italian food tradition: fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, basil etc.

If you want to take a journey through the Italian cuisine, make yourself comfortable and enjoy the video…don’t forget to stand up again and try it yourself though!
