Amsterdam: a bite of Italy with Ravioli and Barolo

This is Marco, a very good friend of mine. Last Saturday I went to his place to have a chat, and most importantly :-) , a tasty glass of wine…as he comes from Piemonte (the land of Barolo) I knew I would drink a great wine coming directly from his last trip to Italy. But, what I didn’t  know, was what his plans were for dinner: prepare homemade ravioli!

What a better chance to take a video to show you how easy and doable is that!

Of course the wine was for us but the ravioli are all (virtually) for you!

BTW I still don’t have a Barolo in my shop but after Saturday I am seriously thinking of adding it. But not before you tell me all about your homemade ravioli…

Buon appetito!
