Best wine destinations 2013? Puglia entered the top-10!

Most of you already know that Puglia is a beautiful region in southern Italy, full of sunshine, delicious food and spectacular landscapes. Fewer know that Puglia is Italy’s biggest producer of wine: about the 17% of the national production.

Almost nobody knows that Puglia entered the top-10 best wine destinations 2013!

Among other countries like Spain, California, Portugal etc. the magazine Wine Enthusiast ranked Puglia in the top-10 thanks to delicious wines produced with autochthon grapes like: Negroamaro, Primitivo, Nero di Troia, Salice Salentino, Bombino Bianco and many others.

This video explains the reasons of this choice for each country/region. If you are just interested in the part regarding Puglia: skip the rest and go to min 7:29 ;-)

Oh I almost forgot! Are you curious about these wines? Are you wandering how to taste them without leaving your chair?
