How to make orecchiette: traditional pasta from Puglia

Hi Sayitaly folks! Here I am again with the first post of 2013 and what a better place to start than home? Let’s begin this year from Bari and its typical pasta: orecchiette. Few months ago, talking with a friend of mine I discovered that she was following a course to learn how to make homemade orecchiette.

Music for my ears!!!

And material for my blog I thought…the day after I was in a characteristic little street of  Bari’s old town (Barivecchia) hearty welcomed by both the “teacher” and the “students”. What a nice experience! Why don’t you just watch the video? I would suggest  to try it yourself … if you do not succeed you can alway rely on to buy authentic orecchiette and at least you had fun!
